Of course I don't mind...Every pregnant women in the UK has a MW who is also doing home visits after the birth.

Everyone keep in mind in England they have socialized medicine so they have different guidlelines, they are assigned midwifes for normal preg, labor and delivery and for complicated high risk preg, they usually have an OB or Midwife that specializes in high risk or complicated preg. who works very close with an OB. Things are a little different...Still thinking of you Maria!!! Come on baby Alex!!

Not yet and I am loosing patience I can't take it no more, I want him out as he always pokes me really bad and he always sits in a very unpleasent position. Also these contraction pains are really annoying me b/c I am having them without having my baby...I don't know what to do anymore...Any ideeas anyone??????????Pleeeeeeeeeassssssseeeee eee.

do alot of walking thats what my doctor told me to do when i was at my last 2 days and bam 2 days later i had her.my husband took me to the mall and we walked the whole mall for a couple of hours.

My daughter was two weeks late, her midwife had her rub castor oil on her belly. She had her 2 days later, but I'd ask your midwife before you try it.

Done so much walking today and yesterday, I feel to tired to walk some more LOL

Geeeeezzzzzz! Have that baby already! lol. I know what you mean though about being impatient. I felt like that but my contractions started and brought the baby along with them. You should walk lots, have sex, eat spicy food and anything else that is suppose to help!!!!

Bless your heart! I know you're tired and worn out with being pregnant! Are you still hurting mainly in your back?

My back hurt for weeks before actually starting labor and then I had it all in my back.

Thank you, still having the back pain and the period like pain every twenty minutes for 6-7 hours and after that it goes away completealy for another 2-3 hours and then it starts agin. Not very pleasent at all.
