So far it is not coming back on so Im pretty sure its toast. Its so hard to believe one stupid little accident can ruin an expensive machine

I am so mad! Anyone know where I can get a cheap laptop? or desktop?

I know at work, someone did this to a laptop, but didn't report it right away, and kept working because they were on deadline, so that liquid just heated up inside the laptop & that's what really ruined it. I would just see if you can get it in the hands of a techie asap

Don't try to turn it on until it's completely dry. You should still be able to salvage the hard drive even if you fried the motherboard. In other words, the data might be safe even if the laptop is busted.
