you are really not going to believe this. I got a card in my PO box today from the post office. I went and talked to the lady and she handed me 7 packages. MY packages. I bought new packaging material to ship my beds and blankets in and apparently, you can't write directly on the package. Or maybe I just used the wrong thing....I used sharpie markers to write addresses on the packages. they were all smeared all over the place. you can't make out anything on the packages. it's just a bunch of purple and black smears all over the front and sides of the packages!!! I asked the postmaster how long they had been there and he said until he saw one that he could make out the return address on, he has had them sitting aside. He told me that likely what happened is when I brought them in, they put them in a bin and they rubbed against each other. The ink beads up and doesn't dry completely ( I almost always fill the addresses in at the post office, because I have them weighed before making my final decision on which package to use, so they likely just didn't have a chance to dry). I am just in shock. So I have 7 packages that I am re-sending. If you are waiting on an order from me...please feel free to pm me and I will let you know if you are one of them. I have had to open the packages to see what products were in there and am in the process of looking all of them up in my database tonight. I am going to have to print out mailing labels for each of them and ship them that way. I mailed these out before I left for NY before Christmas. so needless to say, I may have screwed up some pup's Christmas. I am so sad about this.

I am so sorry. I can't believe this myself...but I am working my tush off to get these out ASAP. Please be patient with me.
