| I had sinus surgery two years ago, because my sinus cavities were found to be blocked 99.9 %. It was a very painful surgery and recovery and I vowed that I would never let that happen again. My doctor suggested I try and use the Neti Pot and although I was reluctant at first ... I found that after just the first try I was feeling tremendous relief. It has helped in so many ways, especially in the winter when the house is closed up and the air is so dry. Just two or three times a week and I feel so much better AND have never had another sinus headache again. By the way, my husband uses it now too and so does the rest of our extended family. I highly recommend it to anyone who suffers from sinus problems . |
