It's been hiding...because we all thought it was going to go away. Yes, there is a Byerly's about 15 miles away. I could stop in next time I go by. Of course knowing Byerlys, I may have to take out a loan to get the food. :rolleyes: :D

Gee, don't ya think that in a world full of troubles, tragedies and trials, it's nice to have a place to go and just think about ONE nice thing???:D :D

Darn, that song is probably never going to leave my head today. (no pun intended) I remember hearing it on Lamb Chop when my kids watched it.:)

Brrrr.. It was 75 here yesterday, but today we have thunderstorms with a high of 45. That's the thing about Texas weather, if you don't like it, just wait awhile and it will change :cool: That means it's always perfect weather for OKRA :umbrella: :lightning

I used to live really close to one...it IS expensive, but they have stuff you can't get other places. Plus, when it's so close to home, it's worth paying a little more for the convenience...except when you get addicted to their specialty items, like I did-the M&M cookies are my FAVE, and I love their thai chicken peanut pasta salad :) and of course their frozen soups. Luckily, our regular grocery stores down here carry their frozen soups for less than they sell them for!!!

Hmm, I wonder if Wal Mart carries any type of frozen okra product. I have to go there today.... (If I can get out the driveway and up the hill after our snowfall) I'm going to check. You guys are killing me with all this talk.:rolleyes:

I have seen it at my Walmart! They have breaded frozen okra that you just fry up like french fries! YUMMY! Don't forget the ranch :D :p

:mad: :mad: The only kind I saw at this WalMart was the chopped up plain okra. (frozen) Kaya and I looked and looked and didn't see any. Then we checked at our local Cub Foods and I didn't see any breaded there, either.:mad: This is getting ridiculous.:rolleyes:
