| I think That I will be joining Weight Watchers tomorrow. Another lady at work has talked me into going with her on Thursdays during work. I want to drop some pounds before the big meet up. If I lose some by April then I promise myself to start tanning. Good gosh.... How can I survive without my Sonic Dr. Pepper??????

| Weight Watchers is the best! Good luck to you as you are on your way for real success with this program! Take it from an experienced WW person! I would stay away from the tanning. Not good for you! Best wishes for a Happy New Year! |

And you can have real Dr. pepper on the flex plan, you just have to count the points. If you want to spend a few points on it, you can have it...or you can have diet Dr. Pepper for free. | |

| I started a diet yesterday as well... not WW, but I started one. Not sure which one, but I started one. kind of my own thing. I am excited. I have been talking about it a month or more and am going to be patient in getting results so I don't get frustrated or discouraged. My goal, which I feel is realistic, is probably 30 lbs by June 1 !!! By they way..... everyone!!!!

| YAY twalalalalalala My mom has been on weight watchers and LOVES it. She's a lifetime member now. I'm going to start the core plan tomorrow, back to points counting for me. The thing that has helped me the most is to be diligent about keeping the food diary and writing EVERYTHING down. I also have some great recipes to share! Let me know if you need anything and good luck (to all of us)! |
