Well I just kissed and hugged my furbabies for 2008 and what am I doing yet on New Years Eve...posting on YT....I am addicted!!

HAPPY NEW YEARS!

I watched the ball drop, took a sip of sider, then ran outside and banged my pots and pans. My neighbors were SO loud haha. It was really fun. and people are shooting off fireworks (naughty, naughty )

My uncle in San Francisco does that every year! It was so funny watching him do that when I was younger. It's super quiet in my neighborhood though ... makes me wonder if they sleep right through the beginning of the new year

I WOULD be doing something if my hubby and I weren't both home sick, PUKING This REALLY sucks. As of right now, I am feeling better - but last night and earlier today I felt like I had been run over by a truck I was just sick a couple of weeks ago with this stuff - fever, horrible aches and pains, cough, sore throat, terrible cold - and I have the exact same thing now, only I'm throwing up on top of it all, and hubby is as well

So needless to say, our New Years Eve plans got canceled and we are both stuck here eating Chicken Noodle Soup and Crackers and drinking Sprite, watching the ball drop on T.V.

Oh what FUN. I guess I will just TEXT everyone and wish them a Happy New Year

My bf and I got dressed up to go downtown. We got there around 7, went and had dinner. After that, there wasn't much happening downtown. So we came home. We figured we could drink & snack for cheaper and also be comfy. As of now, at 9:30, my bf is taking a nap on the couch. I can't blame him though, he did get up at 6 for work. So here I am, on NYE, drinking a beer and playing around on the net. At least Kona is keeping me company.

Hah - I had a horrible cold a couple of weeks ago which I thought was BAD...and it was, but this throwing up stuff REALLY sucks big time It is going around like CRAZY here though....everyone I know has already had it - but of course WE (meaning my husband and I) have it on NEW YEARS

Awww, I hear ya girl. My hubby was supposed to work too today, and he was up at 6:00, but that's because that's when he started....puking He is asleep right now too. WOW - what a B O R I N G New Years Eve

24 minutes left! I'm having a little glass of wine giving Maya and Tink, taking my box of tissues and going to bed at 12:01!

I was going to watch a movie, but got a call from a friend that an acquaintence got arrested for a horrible thing, so I never got the movie in. Been too busy consoling his wife!

BUT, I've had so much fun this year on YT getting to know lots of people, seeing the dark and light side of a few, rejoicing with some, crying with others, getting lots of advice for little Tinkerbrat. What a year!

At least my bf is home with me this year. Most of the past 7 years that we've been together, he's had to be out of town for New Years. So I'm fine with us being home together.
