Chivas regal is potent ! I did manage to make a fool out of myself to make the girls less scared of the fireworks by clapping and wishing them Happy New Year. Funny how ME saying that to them (with a drink in my hand) got them outside to do their business - they figure if MOM is dumb enough to brave all those gunshot noises then so can they.

by the way - how's my spelling ??? is it okay ?...too much work to use spellcheck right now

I am here drinking my white merlot, playing on YT, and keeping Parker busy... and my husband is at work

while all my friends are getting ready to go out... Eh, I have a bottle of bubblies for when the ball drops as well..hehe I am a night owl so I'll make it to see it drop!

Well....ok - I lied. I wasn't scared I just didn't really proof read my post & I have always have EDITS - it's always after I hit submit that I remember to spell sheck

(hahah - got ya - Spell....CHECK !

Hey guys Happy New Year....home with the kiddies for New Years eve. Just finished the laundry and a couple of glasses of wine and some munchies. I figured since i am home alone i may as well get the laundry done tonight while i party......WOOPIE!!!!...LOL.

I had no idea this thread would be so long.....lol

I'm here! Hubby and I went to an early dinner at TGI Friday's (beat the crowd... woohoo!) and then to the movies "I Am Legend" - excellent!

Now we're back home. He's playing guitar and here I am. Party! Party! hahaha
