I don't feel right
 
Hubby and I went to the grocery store to get stuff for me to make cookies, well on the way home I asked if we could stop and I get a frappe. Hubby got some soda and I got my frappe. Well I took I dunno 5 sips into the frappe and then I got a funny texture in my mouth. I thought I just got some of the whipped cream so I didn't think a thing about it and so I continued, after that I got the worst taste ever in my mouth. :( It didn't have a spoiled taste, but a chemical taste and boy did my mouth burn/tingle. What the heck was it? Now I'm near vomiting, freezing, and my hands are sweating like a pig. I've never ever had this feeling before. I'm suppose to be getting ready to go to our church Christmas dinner, but I just want to go to bed. :rolleyes: I haven't told hubby anything but I'm sure he is wondering why I still have half of my drink left because it's my most favorite. I don't know what to do.

Oh yuck! Im sorry you feel so awful! I hope you feel better... I would throw the frappe away, either that or get to the docs and take it with you. Maybe they can analyze it to see if there is anything in it :( that stinks!

Yeah, I go there fairly often, well in the past couple weeks that is. I've never had this. There is always different people working. I haven't worked up the nerve to really look through the drink. :( My mom said call and complain, but what's that gonna do? They'll just offer to make me a new one. I'll NEVER go back.

If you end up with diarrhea on top of the chills and vomiting, then get yourself to the hospital ASAP. It could be dysentery. What ever it is, it sure doesn't sound good at all and I think I would be going to the hospital anyway.

Well I do feel it coming, but not diaherra (sp) I went and looked at my drink and it almost looks as if it has a fizz to it. It never has before.

My mom is starting to panic because my pulse is going up. It's at 97 at the moment. Not sure what I'm gonna do.

Oh my! please go to the doctor just to be on the safe side...even if its nothing serious its better to be 100% sure.

I will be praying for you. Im sure you will be ok, try not to panic ok. Once you get there everything will be ok if it is something they can take care of you and you will be fine. Prayers are on the way

I am so very sorry you are sick. I hope whatever it is that has invaded your system passes quickly. Please be sure to keep the offending frappe just in case you might need it. I am sure that the store you bought it from would be interested in knowing that it made you sick.

yes i hope she took the drink too!!!
They can culture it out and see what it grows.. or maybe she needs a chemical analysis. yikes how scary.. i hope we hear from her tonight!

I'm sorry your not feeling well. Maybe the machine they make it out of wasn't cleaned. Try taking some pepto bismol to settle your stomach.

OMGosh! I'll say a prayer! That sounds so scary. Almost makes me wonder if something happened to the machine and it put some sort of chemical in your drink. Sending hugs and get well wishes!

I hope your going to be ok!!!!! How scary!! One time I got a pop from Wendy's and it tasted just like Whiskey!! I am positive someone handed me the wrong cup!!

Hope everything turns out okay. If you didn't take the drink with you, make sure to take it back and have them analyze it. This sounds like more than just a complaint to the place where the drink was made.

I'm praying the drink wasn't contaminated with something poisonous. You never know what's going on anymore. Hopefully, she's ok.
