I tried to retrieve it with yahoo support..but they cant do abything because some how my info ..like birthday or something was changed by someone(hacker i guess) and I dont have the new info . the person used to access MY email account. Now for the help I need..........what can be used to really protect your IP info from showing up like in a keylogger or however they can pull it up . I know very personal info is pulled up with this...ESPECIALLY if you buy from the internet .. Now I have norton and a firewall.....and I dont feel that is safe enough..How come and intruder..or hacker can still get iinto MY computer? please help?

| One thing you can do it to change your password often. Also, DO NOT use the same sign on name and password for each sign on site. Never put your correct address on anything (except internet orders), or your correct phone number.. Matter of fact, don't even put your correct name (except internet orders). Only shop sites that are secure. You will know by looking at the lower right hand corner and see if there is a closed lock. Keep those hackers guessing. Good Luck

| You may potentially have spyware, trojans, or viruses on your computer. Make sure your Norton Antivirus virus definitions are up to date and scan your computer at least weekly. Here are three FREE anti-spyware programs, if you only use one, I'd recommend the first one, but it is best to use all three to be completely safe: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/secu...e/default.mspx http://security.kolla.de/ http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ |

| Apart from having Norton, I run Spybot and Adaware on a regular basis, what one doesn't find, the other usually does! Good luck, this type of thing is so annoying. Ana xx
