| My boyfriend left me for ten days on business last night. We work for the same company and are meeting for a second leg of business meetings in Miami in 10 days. We normally eat very healthy, but last night we decided to make a good, greasy goodbye dinner. We made a big Shepard's Pie with lots of ground beef, veggies, tons of mashed potatoes and smothered in homemade gravy. Yum! I'll probably be eating pretty plain for the next ten days. I don't really cook as much when I'm alone. Usually just cereal, grilled cheese, and salads. |
