| Who uses natural, green cleaning products? Any recommendations for a Lysol-alternative? I use mostly natural, green cleaning products but haven't really found a good disinfectant spray that I feel comfortable in its effectiveness. What about a Swiffer-alternative? I've used Method products before but haven't really been pleased with them. Thanks!!

| This company was featured on Oprah, but I haven't tried their products yet. http://www.shaklee.net/bewellgroup/gc_prods1 I've used Method products also, and am now trying out Wegman's line of eco-friendly cleaners.

| I use the Shaklee get clean products and LOVE them. They have a disinfectant as well as wipes. I only use those products in the bathrooms/toilets. The Basic H2O is used for everything else. It's super concentrated and takes 1/4 tsp to make 16oz of all purpose spray. I keep a bottle in the kitchen and use flour sack towels to save from using paper towels on the counters and general cleaning. A TBL in a mop bucket for the floors! The laundry products are amazing-----my DS visited, he goes to an auto tech school and had worn the same jeans for about 3 months without washing them. (boys ) I got them spotless with just a soaking with the reg laundry soap and the addition of some of their degreaser. |

| I've been using products by Melaleuca for a few years now and really like the way they clean. I've tried other products before and just was not happy with them. These one are inexpensive and work great. For floor cleaning, I use a steam mop by Shark - no chemicals necessary!!

| Thanks so much guys!! I knew I could find help here. I have REALLY bad headaches- I think due in part to things like Lysol. I don't really like Method products! The all purpose cleaners smell REALLY bad and even worse when you throw the dirty paper towel in the trash.
