Mickey, if you do a google search for learning to sew, using sewing machine, serger, etc, it will bring up many sites to view and you can get lots of great help right through the internet. If you want me to send you some just send me a PM. You are going to be so happy that you learnt to sew, and it is fun.

This is the other dress for Little Maddie, thought I would post pictures of it also. The tiny flowers look blue but they are white baby breath flowers. I loved the print on this one too. Denise has been such an awesome friend to us, with all the love and pampering Prairie Bea got upon the visits from Denise and along with all the TLC from Jill and her family, Prairie Bea couldn't help but have the Sweetest personality that she has. It is soooooo great to see Jack's happy smiles every time he looks at Prairie Bea

Oh my goodness Patti!!! Those two dresses are just magical! The teeny tiny details that you thought of in the design and sewing are truly amazing! I just love the embroidered little bugs on the bodices, the bows, the pleating - everything is just so perfect.

Often Patti, I stand in total awe of you. I read the poetry you write which always portrays the most beautiful sentiments or imagery; I see the posts you make where your words in their simple wisdom, either inspire or comfort others. I just had to post this last picture, I love the combination of the prints, they don't match but the colors are the same in both fabrics, I love them together. Knew it was perfect for something very special turns out to be a little dress for Maddie Please say a prayer that they all fit her
I have enjoyed making these for her, thanks be to the Lord enabling me to do so

Patti I love the dress and think the two contrasting prints were well chosen. I love how you scalloped the bottom of the skirt....love it!

Ah Patti,
I think your secret is out. You have the soul of an artist

. That is how you think of all those fabric combinations and designs, the little details that one does not see often, in the bows, the trim, the fabric/color combinations. I just love the dress; Denise will be so beyond delighted with Maddie's new outfits.

As for my earlier post dear lady. You make it so easy -the words were simple for me when I described you, because they came from my heart.
