| Alli~Diet Pill I am starting in on Wednesday, They say to start your diet at least 3 days before taking it. Has anyone taken it or is on it. I have struggled with this 15-20lbs weight change that so frequently changes I thought that I would try it. I have heard about the precautions and the "gassy" experiences people have had etc...I just thought I would post it thread as an encouragement. To get peoples success/non success experiences, or what you are going through on it?! |

| There was a thread on this before..try searching for it. I think someone was selling it. The major consensus was not to eat a lot of fats. It tends to have the same affect as Olestra..a lot of..well..leakage. Good luck!

| From what I've read this is an OTC version of Xenical. I took Xenical a few years ago and it had some unpleasant side effects, so read the information carefully so you will be PREPARED. Honestly, I was in the 15 lb to loose range but didn't see the results compared to the side effects. I hope your experience is better, good luck. |
