| ISP help I'm going crazy with my ISP. I've used Juno since 1999 and never really had any major problems. Until now. Nothing is working right. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program three times in the past day and a half. I have contacted them through e-mail and have done everything they suggest. I'm supposed to be able to write and send e-mail while not connected to the internet, but it won't let me type in anything but the address. I'm pulling my hair out here. Can you guys tell me about other ISP's that you use - the names, prices, any recurrent problems, etc... I want to start with another one asap. Now I have lost all my e-mail addresses cause I, stupidly, forgot to write them down before I uninstalled the dang program. Thanks in advance! Oh yeah, it's happening on my laptop too, so I know it isn't just my computer messing up. Last edited by omega; 12-02-2007 at 07:48 AM. |

| if you have broadband, you can try Yahoo, Hotmail, or AOL, they are all free now, but you need broadband .... you need to be able to connect to the internet somehow ...

| What about others that you actually subscribe to and have to pay? Which is the best for DSL if I wanted to do that? |

| We use Verizon as our Internet Provider for DSL. We really haven't had much problem with it at all. Ocassionally, the modem will poop out and need rebooting. Might be time for a change, huh?
