Kathryn, I will say a prayer that God gives you the strength to stay strong and tell the jury what really happened so they can put this guy away where he belongs.

He has been innocent untill proven guilty! Walking the streets with his freedoms intact.

Now that the trial is at hand a Jury of educated adults will examin the facts and decide his fate.

I know what he has done to me and I can't see how anyone in the world could not see it.... so I do expect a guilty verdict. The man raped me, thats all there is too it.

He stands innocent now, but his judgement is coming. And then I can pick up the pieces of my life and start over!

My apologies if you felt this was directed at you, it was not. The moron in question is the guy in the article. I know all about guilty until proven guilty however, knowing some more about this from talking with Kathryn directly I believe he is guilty.

Mine and my families thoughts and prayers are with you!!! I hope everything turns out in your favor, and that he gets what he deserves in prision...for a long long time!

I know it will be hard to re-live that event, but, as a victim advocate myself, just know that what you are doing will help keep him from doing it to others and may help other women be strong and come forward. Please let us know how things go, and we are all here to support you!

The jury has been selected and we start on Monday. I am being called as the first whitness at 9am. I am scared to death. I really could use your prayers guys. These are hard cases to prove I'm told, his word against mine, and even though I have DNA and other evidence on my side its still not open and shut.... Thank you Lori for posting this I am sure this was an inspiration to Kathryn this morning, which she so much needed. Hugs to you Lori.

Kathryn I have been thinking of you all morning and prayers that God will give you the strength you are needing during this most difficult time. I know many others are praying for you also this morning and just hope you can feel all of them and know everything will be okay. Take care of yourself and lean on God to get you through this.

Oh wow, I didn't realize he had done this before. I hope that it allowed to be brought up in trial. Random Heart, this sicko is indeed innocent in the eyes of the law (jurors and judge) until proven guilty (which hopefully will be very soon). Here at YT we are perfectly free to know he is guilty and disgusting. Hugs Kathryn!
