Yorkie Yakker | please help me. hello fellow yorkie lovers. i have the most tragic news. first of all i'm a highschool student who loves animals. On october 11 2006 i got phoebe my spunky beautiful yorkie. shes has been eveything in the last year to me. my best friend died on september 21. i've been lost since them. Phoebe has been there for me. and she always seems to brighten up my day. when we decided to get her. the lady we got her from said do not pay until all finacial problems are settled. my fahter is disable. with a bad knee and bad back. my mother works so hard just to keep the bills payed. so we were under the impression that when we get enough money we'll send her some here and there.. i just got a letter 30 minutes ago saying that she wants to take phoebe back b/c she has no money and she needs it. she said if we dont pay at the least 100 dollars in 10 days that she'll take my precious phoebe away. the letter bursted me into tears. i can not beleive someone is so crule to try and take my baby back. my parents are giving 100 tomoroww to the lady. i can honestly say i feel liek a horrible daughter; because our money for bills is going to this lady. now i am too young to work. (15) and i dont know what to do. if i loose my baby i dont know what i will do. please pray that we'll get everythign togther. P.s i'm sorry i dont respond very offten. i've been just so busy. |

| I'm sorry you're going through this...I hope everything works out for you. Please, when you pay the last $100.00 to the breeder make sure you get a receipt that states your puppy is paid in full. |

| Honey, I am so sorry your going through such a stressful time in your young life. Make sure you get a receipt for the $100.00. Perhaps babysitting will help you re-pay your parents and then you would have no guilt feelings regarding the money. Prayer's coming to you that everything works out for your and your family. |

| Sending Good Vibes I am sorry you are going through rough times. I know being young makes you much more dependent on others. I can hear the guilt kicking in for you. Atleast you are able to pay some of the money to this woman. Yorkies are expensive to begin with, however they give so much in return. They are a great companions. They listen to you without talking back (well sometimes they do lol) They love you unconditionally. Its also very difficult to get over a loss such as your best friend without love and support. It can be so much worse when you have hardship and illness in your own family. All I can say is that things always change and you will not feel like this forever. I know thats easy to say for someone that not in your shoes. But it will. Being a teen is hard enough in itself. Continue to seek out help when you need it. Dont internalize your feelings and remember everything shall come to pass. Verena, Jack Mandy and my new addition Lila |

| I'm sorry for your loss, and understand what you mean about being short on money. I don't know if she can legally take your dog back if she said to pay her when you have the money. Do you have anything that states that in case you have to go to small claims court?

| So sorry to hear about your problems, sweetheart. But at least it's a good time of year to find extra jobs. Besides babysitting..which is great..you could walk dogs or wrap presents or maybe even help people put up their Christmas decorations. I hope everything works out for you!
