| Ikea I absolutely love IKEA! One finally openind up an hour from us in Orlando The BF and I went the weekend after it opened and were going to get a tv unit, but it was sold out So we went to the one in Miami when we were down there this past weekend....but the box was too big for our car. So anyway, we're going to borrow a friend's truck this weekend (hopefully) and drive down to the one in Orlando. I'm so excited!! I love to shop for things to decorate the house, so needless to say I've already bought a ton of stuff from IKEA. This weekend we're hoping to get the tv unit, a bookshelf to match, and I'll probably get a ton more stuff to decorate. lol Anybody else have an IKEA addiction????

| I love IKEA has well! I have a lot of their stuff. Some is made better than others, obviously. I really like their kitchen stuff too. Ohh, and the plant section. ETA: I also like how you have to pay for the plastic bags. Hopefully that stops people from getting them. The area where you can recycle things is also convenient. Whenever I go I take the few plastic bags that I have collected from home.

Very true. I've also noticed that some of their prices are great, but then for some stuff it's a bit overpriced for the quality. My BF and I love their kitchen section. The prices are the cheapest we've found for remodeling our kitchen. Oh...and don't even get me started on their plant section.. I already have a few vases and bamboo plants from them.. and I have plans to buy a lot more this weekend. I mean who can beat 6.99 for a decorative large glass vase?!

They also have great prices on energy efficient light bulbs- I think they are 3.99 for a 3 pack. They are way more expensive at places like Home Depot and Lowes. Have you ever eaten at the restaurant? I've always wanted to but whenever we go it seems like we are always in a hurry. The one here got rated one of the best meals for under $10 by Philadelphia Magazine.

| I know, but I want to avoid that extra expense if I can. But I am gonna check their prices now, just in case we can't get a truck.

| I haven't been to any other Ikeas out of PA, just the one in Philly and Conshohocken. I think they started that program this Spring/Summer. It may be a test program to see how it works here, before they do it in more stores. It's only 5 cents a bag though, but its still making people think about it before they grab a bag.

| Oh, I checked out prices on delivery....and they start at $69.99....so not really worth the money, since what we want to get costs that price. lol I also checked, and they rent moving vans....for $39.99...for the first 2 hours. lol I did my research and it's cheaper just to get one of those Budget Rent-A-Trucks for $19.99/day....BUT....hopefully we can use our friend's truck for FREE! (well....not free...since gas is so friggen expensive! lol)
