| I have been the Thanksgiving chef for our family for the last 6 years, my mother use to do it but when she became sick with cancer I took over. Since she passed my father is re-married and his new wife offered to cook this year, so all we have to do is drive about an hour to their house. I am only preparing my mothers awesome recipe of cranberry salad that my dad requested. I don't know how to act not having to prepare a huge dinner. So nice of the step mom.
