Believe me, I am younger than you are and have been through this ...
it does not get easier, we just learn to accept things and deal with them ...

but we do get through it, just not over it ...

good luck! You seem to have made great strides already!

Hey V I'm so glad that you are starting to feel a little better.

As you know, I've been there too and it takes time. Never goes away but you get through it.
