oh yes! Those were awesome! We called the weeble people! Those, micro machines Teddy Ruxpin (hands down!) And the best yet, Charmkins!:p

OMG-This is so freaky! This morning my dtr was asking me if I had seen the new baby caterpiller (Baby Einstein toy) and I asked her if she remembered the inchworm she had when she was little. She said she didn't and this is it! She called it her Viggalee Vurm (Wiggly Worm). We must have a little psychic thing going on, lol. My favorite was my American Plastic Building Bricks and my Whirly-Gig. (A 2-person riding spinner).

I actually think I had one of these too!

Maybe the one I'm thinking of is the newer version of the one you posted.

What i remember loving that they dont have anymore is Marshmellow krispies. Does anyone else remember those? It was a cereal... kinda like lucky charms but only rice krispies. It was so good, I wonder why they quit making it.

I used to love the Chattie Cathy Doll and the large dolls and my kids love Teddy Ruxpin. Ohhhh and what was the name of that doll that you could press a button and make her hair grow...I can't remember it right now :confused:

This may show my age a bit (young'un) but I miss the Original Nintendo Entertainment System. I remember when my parents bought that for me and my siblings, and it was just the coolest thing ever then. Now it is nearly impossible to find one that works.

OMG Chatty Kathy and Patty Playful are my all time favorite dolls. I can't believe someone else remembers them :)

My Size Barbie. :) haha. Seriously. When I was 6 or 7, that was ALL I wanted for Christmas. I LOVED that thing. I don't think they make them anymore.

and Polly Pockets. <3 I played with those for hours. I'm pretty sure they put a recall on them because they were a choking hazard. and now they're big.

Then there's also Amazing Ally. But I didn't love her - I hated her. She was this doll that you would record your voice, and then when you talked to her she'd do stuff. I recorded when I had a cold, so then I couldn't use her once I got better. :(

I still have mine! actually I have two, and both still work fairly well after tinkering with them a bit. and about 20 games for them.

Wow! You guys are really bringing back lot and lots of memories! I forgot about a lot of the toys and games you mentioned!

Here's a couple more of my favorites!

Merlin Electronic Game (for you young-un's - this was one of the first hand held electronic game)

But what I played with most was - BARBIE! I had the coolest case that you opened up and it was the inside of an airplane! Ken was the pilot and Barbie the stewardress (again you young-un's.. that is the same thing as a flight attendent)

and the Barbie Camper!

I was about to post theMrs Beasley doll from famliy affair but I was afraid no one would know it!! Most of the toys listed so far we way behind me.

Does anyone remember getting the original video game - Pong(I think that was the name) A ball bounced back and forth across a black screen and you moved paddles up and down. Then Atari and the Commadore 64. Or - Betsy Wetsy? I saw 2 commercials today - 1 for a dog that grows and 1 for a dog that lifts it's leg and pees. Toys sure have changed over the years.

We had the Atari! Donky Kong, Burger Time, Dig-Dug & Pitfall are some of the games my sister and I played with hours on end!

I spent a fair deal of money on one a few years ago (fair for me at the time that is... not more than 20 bucks though), got it home, loaded up the first game, and then it died within the first 10 minutes of play. I couldn't even return it because the place I bought it from had a no return policy on Older systems. They did offer to buy it back for 5 dollars though :(

I also loved my Baby born, Skip it, Polly pocket dolls and sets, this big Mickey Mouse doll that talked. We sold it at a fair:( Also my dolls that talked, i had this favorite one but i had all kinds of dolls lined up against my wall. I had these cute little dolls that each one had a different expression on the face. I also had a couple Baby Beautifuls. I thought they were so pretty, i still have them. I\'m going to take pics of them. And i have some of my mom\'s old dolls from the 50s. So cool.
