| Laryngitis? Anyone know how to get rid of this? LOL I started losing my voice Monday night and now it's practically completely gone along w/a lovely gross hackey cough and I have orientation on Tuesday. Any home remedies? Medicines? Anything I can do? I'm so self conscious of my voice right now |

| My stepson just had this last week. Doc said to gargle with warm salt water every couple of hours, and lots of hot tea with honey and lemon in between I hope it's better in time!

| In addition to the above, resting your voice and trying not to cough will help also.........

| Collidal Silver Water I have found it in health food stores, and it was in a spray bottle, that you just spray once daily....I had a friend that made it and I drank about a fruit glass daily when I had lost it that 6 months....hope this helps....check it out on the internet....it has various uses...kinda a wonder elixir..... |

| Yes the salt water really works. Gargle with it as warm as you can. Do you think you might have strept throat? You'd have to go to the doctor for that.

| You have been given some great home remedies!.... but please remember that if it continues for more than 10 days, go to the doctor!! Sometimes it can be a sign of other problems! (.... most of the time it isn't, but don't let it go too long!)
