Our Blessings R Many Donating Member | ? Tankless Water Heater ?????? Does anyone have the tankless water heater, if so what is your opionin on it? We are on propane, since our water heater just went out, thinking of going with electric, never had one so was wondering if they are as efficient as gas? Others opinions appreciated. Thanks, Patti and Jack |

Jack called on the tankless water heater, they say it is 20% savings on useage. Cost us $2.80 per gallon for propane to fill our tank to capacity allowed this time around WOWIE everything just keeps going up and up so thankful we have our own well, hear many talk of how high there water bills are Our electric hasn't been too bad considering all that we use, I think our computer uses most of that keeping it on Yorkie Talk Shadow is the winds blowing up your way? There really kicking up strong here. | |

Donating YT 10K Club Member | We have a gas tankless water heater. It is WONDERFUL!!! You never run out of hot water EVER. Two showers can be running, the dishwater, AND the washer....and ALL have hot water. White clothes are noticably cleaner than ever when we had a regular water heater. I think it's the temperature. We have ours set at 120...but it goes to 140. It's programable....and 140 is TOO hot. It's very efficient....my monthly gas bill (for the water heater and gas logs) runs around 35 bucks...that's an average. The water heater was hubby's idea...but finally he had a good one. I don't know if it's available this year...but last year...you were allowed to take an energy tax credit against the purchase. Our credit was 300 bucks. HTH....

| I've been wanting one for a while now. Planning on getting the Nortiz brand. In Japan all homes (even apartments) have the tankless. It's the best! Pays for it's self in no time and if you are thinking of selling your home its a plus, plus! Oh Dear Santa.... all I want for Christmas is a Tankless Water Heater.... and a new camera!

| The Titan tankless water heater runs between $270 - $450 depending on the voltage. This does not include installation. http://www.titanheater.com/
