A lot. Probably 20 dress in a matter of a couple of months and like 3 bridal stores..lol..We went in a big group with all my bridesmaids and maid of honor. They all sat in the front row chairs with their score cards and as I put a dress on it got a score from 1-10..lol..This one got 10's all around..hehe...The minute it came on in the fitting room, I knew it was it.

I always thought that was silly, and untrue until I felt it, like OMG THIS IS IT!

Thank you so much Debbie. I'm so excited about the wedding and everything. But I'm so afraid of things going wrong, like someone spilling something on my dress, or my dress falling off, or something like that..lol

That is a gorgeous dress, and you are going to look gorgeous in it! I would have given it a 10 too! When I tried on dresses, I tried on the first dress, thinking that I'd do it just to appease my MOH who was with me, thinking "No way"...it was TOTALLY not what I envisioned myself in....but that was THE ONE! I tried it on and said "this is IT".....I felt like a princess and hated to take it off (we had our limo stop at every restaurant and nightspot in the Valley on our way to our B&B, LOL)...that's the saddest thing; it's a one time shot.....then it gets packed away (I wanted to make a wedding shrine with the dress as the centerpiece on a mannequin but my hubby said "uh....I don't think so

). Just remember every single second of the day while you have it on!!! And I forgot to say again, Congratulations and best wishes to you both! Did I say I love weddings, LOL???

That's actually almost exactly what happened with me. The girls all wanted me to try it on and I thought, well too much beading but I'll put it on for them..It's really amazing sometimes things look different on than on hangers. It was an amazing feeling. It took every ounce of my strength to not order it right then and there, but I had promised my mom I wouldn't without her. If we had a 6 bedroom house, I would use one for my wedding dress and wedding paraphenelia..lol..but we only have 4 and they are all taken up by their own themes..lol..Maybe in the next house. I do get sad to think about how I only get one day to wear it and then that's it, it gets packed away forever. Maybe we can renew our vows someday and I can wear it again (good excuse to put it on again huh?)

It is a waste of time and energy to worry about such things, that is what husbands are for to protect you from things like that so put all the worry on him. See how easy that is......

How many times in your life has your dress fallen off? Everything is going to be just fine.

Why not take it out every year, that way you will never gain any weight and your dress will get some use as I am sure it is costing a prety penny. It will give you something special to look forward to every year.

Hmmm that's an excellent idea. For what it costs I should be wearing at least once a year until I get too old to put on something so heavy...loll..SO I can get my moneys worth..haha..You are too smart for your own good Debbie.

Just think about it if you take it out and wear it only once on your first anniversary now you get the dress at 50% off. Just think of the possibilities. I love a bargain. LOL
