| Why do I have to feel so guilty About asking for things for just ME for Christmas? For some reason I just can't do it. Everything on my list is for the kitchen. Granted it is stuff that *I* picked out and that *I* want, but still, its stuff for the house. I ALWAYS do that. I feel so guilty if I say, "Hey, I want this perfume for Christmas" or "I want a new Coach purse for Christmas." For once I wish I could ask for something that is JUST FOR ME, and not feel guilty about it.

| Do you ever request gift cards? Admittedly, my husband isn't a great shopper so he always gets me a gift card for my favorite store in the mall. I've shopped with my best friend for 26 years and she gets cards for that store too so we have a girl's day out...we have lunch and shop til we drop! |

I just for once would like to get something that is just for ME, will not benefit anyone but me in any way, shape, or form, and not feel guilty about it.

| Girl...you've got to get over this guilt...no girl should ever feel guilty about getting something just for her...it's our right! Seriously though...what is it you truly want? Usually when I sit down and think about it I come up with things for the house! I'm a kitchen gadget, have to have every pan for every use type of girl so I never mind getting a new pan! |

| I'm the same way! LOL The things I truly want ARE things for the kitchen. I want all the pink Kitchenaid Cook for the Cure stuff. I LOVE to cook and I want some pretty girly stuff to do it with. http://www.shopkitchenaid.com/produc...&SKW=cook4cure

| It is going to look SO good in my kitchen too! The kitchenaid stuff I have now is red and it doesn't go with my new wall colors AT ALL.

| I think God put a special little gene in women to make us feel guilty...about everything . After many years of some of the most ugly clothes from my husband, I now go shopping and by something and then come home and tell him it's my present from him. You should see the relief on his face....Now he does the same thing. works great |

| The red stuff will probably get sold - to help pay for some of the new pink stuff because there is no way I will get ALL of it for Christmas. My walls are the new modern chocolate brown on the bottom and the aqua blueish color on the top, then all the trim and chair rail is painted white. I love it! I was going to go with all white Kitchenaid stuff, but I have these tongs that are pink (they are Cuisinart) and it just pops and looks SO GOOD.
