| Does anyone know what time Mike should be back home with Rusty? I cannot wait to hear how Rusty did on the flight and to hear how Jack & Eddie do with him.

| Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member  | I'm losing it. I've tried to make this post three times already, and each time a phone rings or I think of a detail I missed and I forget. Yes, the travel arrangements have been PERFECT. His flight left 7 minutes early out of Seattle. I'll be heading to the airport in a little less than 2 hours to make sure I'm there early. My attention will be on Rusty, but you know me, I'll find a way to snap a couple pictures.  I'm not sure when I'll be in a position to log back in and give you a report. The flight arrives at 3:16 my time (7:16 Eastern). The plan is for me and a dog-training friend to take him to a park right away and introduce him to Jack and Eddie on neutral ground. We're going to take our time. Then we'll head back to the house and get him comfortable. It could be as late as 10 Eastern before I'm able to post again. But since I know how you guys WORRY, I'll PM Corinne and see if she's willing to send me a cell number so I can text her when I know all's well at the airport. Thanks for you concern everybody!

| What??!! I had NO idea!! Mike this is WONDERFUL!!! How perfect...the situation worked out well......I can't wait to see pictures and hear all the details! I know he is a good dog..I love labs (have two of them)..give him time to get situated (which of course you know all the "rules")!!! I am sooo happy for you ....and Rusty! Hugs to Jack and Eddie...and Rusty!!!

| They were late getting in Seattle but left early to make up the time. That's Continental for you.....they are thee BEST. I bet they don't get out of the airport til 8pm and then he and the trainer are taking Rusty to the park to meet his two brothers so that will take awhile and does anyone know how far he is from the airport?? Can he take a pic with his phone and send it with his phone?? I'm just full of questions and I won't be back til about 10pm. Welcome to your new home Rusty.

So happy to hear this wonderful news, sad that Megan couldn't keep him, we know her heart will heal faster knowing Rusty will be living such a good life there with you and your family. | The flight tracking websites are soooo cool! I hope Rusty's doing good. Probably lulled to sleep by the drone of the engines.
