| Lost my voice..any remedies to help get it back ???? I had helped out in a haunted house last few nights and my throat is so sore and I can hardly talk. Any home remedies or anything I can do to help my throat?

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | Well first, don't try to talk lol. It's best to just not talk at all so your voice can rest. use paper or something to write stuff down. Drink hot tea with either lemon or honey (it coats the throat). and drink lots of water. Feel better!

| Zinc Lozenges Will help also, I lost my voice for 6 months, and after numerous Dr's and hospitalizations, they decided my vocal cords were dehydrated due to the large amount of green tea I had been drinking.....go figure, its suppose to be good for you.....the lozenges help me when I feel that tickle starting.... |

| drink lots of water and vocal rest. don't whisper--it can actually make things worse. follow megan's advice about writing down what you want to say. you'll get better soon.
