I am right over the bridge in Brooklyn. I work in Manhattan - on 34th Street at 1 Penn Plaza, across the street from Macys. I would LOVE to meet up w/ my fellow NYC Yorkie lovers and their babies!

My Boyfriend and I live on St. Mark's Place and our baby-bak-choy is almost a year old. His name is chewbacca and he is a treasure. He is too adorable and loving and would love to meet other little yorkies.

Hi everyone...in case no one noticed on the general discussion forum we arranged a meet-up at Miller Field in Staten Island at 12 pm on August 13th...hope to see alot of you guys there!!!!

Today August 13 I was there at 12:15p.m., it's a big field, and I was walking around, but did not see nobody with Yorkies

Maybe because it was too hot, 96 degrees! After like 30 min, I went back home

Sorry Steve....it was posted in the general discussion forum that due to the weather (90 degrees and the chance of storms) we cancelled the meet-up....sorry I forgot to post it here as well!! Where in staten island are you....Maximus and I are in New Springville!!!

That's O.K. Next time when you going to have a meeting in Staten Island, please let me know, I'll come. I live in Annadale (Arthur Kill Rd.) not far from Staten Island Mall, I can come any place in Staten Island, I'm already know all parks in Staten Island: Great Kills Park, Miller Field, Bloomingdale Park, Wolfe's Pond Park-it's beautiful there, I'm coming to walk with my Yorkie almost every day to Wolfe's Pond Park.

Does wolfes pond have a dog run???

Yes it has a dog run, but I never went in there, because I only see big dogs in there, and I'm afraid to go there with my little Yorkie, but the last time I was there, I saw a lady with two Yorkies in dog's run, and few big dogs and they played good together, so maybe it's o.k. to go there and play my little one with big gods, next time I'll try

I went today and it was nice but Maximus is able to fit under the fence...not that he tried but I noticed and kept a VERY close eye he was playing with a lab and had a blast
