| Looking for Yorkie owners in Maine Haven't seen many owners in Maine. I am from southern maine, and would be interested in connecting with other yorkie owners regarding grooming, training, and plan for winter protection. Thanks All!

| Hi, I am from Maine, I have two yorkies, Snookums, she is 2 1/2 and Sammy he is 11 weeks....in fact I just returned from Maine. I bought Sammy from a breeder in Auburn, Maine. I lived in Maine last year, and Snookums, didn't and still doesn't tolerate the cold and snow.....she refused to go out doors on the snow....and she would not go on her pads...so I had a big problem , I ireturned to the South....she prefers the warm weather much better... What part of Maine are you from? Good luck with the upcoming winter? Now I have a friend in Brunswick, Maine that has two yorkies, and her's do not mind the cold and snow, I bought Snookums from Alabama, so she was probably already use to the warmer weather. |

| Maine Yorkie We are from the Saco area in Southern Maine. Bella doesn't care for the snow either. We shovel her a spot to do her business, and she is in and out. If it is too cold, I keep her in, and she uses puppy pads. She is a smart cookie! Glad to hear that there are other YTs in Maine. Try to get your friend from Maine to join in too. The more the merrier. Happy Holidays!

| Joe & Deano I'm trying to post some pictures but keep getting an error message. I'll figure it out tomorrow. But I've got a question for you all. Deano and I were playing this morning when I noticed he had lost a tooth and it was bleeding so I know he had just lost it. Do these guys have baby teeth that they loose and another grows back???? He's 25 weeks old still a pup. |

| Maine Yorkies I live in Biddeford and I have a 4 year old yorkie princess. Her names is Tinkerbelle but we have always called her Bella. She is a little Diva. She does not mind winter all that much. Only bothers her when it is really cold and her feet start to freeze. Mimi's mom referred me to this website and I just registered last night and I love it. But even better is finding people in my area with Yorkies. I am looking to get my little diva a friend but people are asking so much money for Yorkies now. I paid $700.00 for my little princess.
