| He isn't really a "horn" dog. This behavior has nothing to do with feeling a "need". It's only a dominate thing unless there is a female dog in heat, then it's just instinct. |

| Maybe it's funny to some, but I don't think it's a behavior I would want to encourage or take a video of. When Jake does it, I ignore it. If I videotaped him, I think I'd be sending him the wrong message that it's something good to do. It has nothing to do with "sex" by the way, it's a dominance thing. It might not be so funny if he started trying to do it to you or guests that come over, and you're probably giving him the idea that it's okay. Not trying to start trouble, just stating my own opinion. |
