It started out as "the ugly face" when he would be angry. I gave it the name "SMILE". Now whenever I tell him to SMILE he makes that face.....except now he's not angry

It took a while to teach but he does it all the time now.

Izzy smiles but not that big, and I can never get her to just do it. She just does it when she's really happy

haha so cute! I always close my mouth & smile @ them bc I thought showing teeth was growling, but I'm gonna keep smiling while showing my teeth now so they can copy me...I want them to smile.
