2+2=4 X the Love ♥ Donating Member | Thanks for sharing, very nicely done. Here in Ohio we get lots of snow... my four Yorkies love going outside with me and playing when I'm out clearing off the driveway. We throw them into the snow drifts and they pop right back up and take off playing and running around the yard. They LOVe it !

And Smokey2011, there are lots of cheap alternatives when you're just testing them out. One person even cut the fingers off the tips of a cheap pair of cloth work gloves, then secured them with Velcro strips. I asked a dog musher how she could afford buying all those booties, and she said she just uses any cheap but durable cloth. I've heard some people even use material from old mattresses. It's durable but not expensive. I like the fleece for the Yorkies because they get a little extra insulation.
