Thanks for all the nice comments! He really is the love of my life.

I just wished employers would realize the need those of us with disabilities have to work beside our dogs. I have been looking for a retail job all month and it has been a nightmare...it's so discouraging.

@ Kaos, maybe try a "mom and pop" kind of store.

I worked at an educational supply store (it wasn't a franchise just owned by a really awesome family) and one of the employees had diabetes and his dog would be at work with him everyday and when the dog would be jumping around and sniffing at the owner we all knew to give the owner a break to eat something. It was really cool working with them. The dog was a huge german shepherd too!

I love how he looks for it in different places...checks the nightstand, the top of the fridge and then the desk. What a smart boy!
