Thank you everyone, for your congrats!! We are having such a blast here! Maya is a mess BUT I'm so amazed at how "adjusted" she is, especially for only 10 wks old. She cries for 2 min max when I put her to bed (in her bed on the floor next to mine ), but then she goes right to sleep! And we've had all of 2 accidents in 2 whole days, and BOTH were completely my fault!! We go outside to potty, but I have a pad down just in case, and today I was working on getting her record binder together (something I put together for each of them) and wasn't paying close enough attention...and she went to her pad and pottied, no problem!! WOW!! I have 2 pads down in the corner of a 7' x 10' "corral" space, so I'm just amazed at how well she was pad trained before she came home!! Bravo Breny!!! and

It HAS been a long time!! Thanks for saying Hi! I hope your little one is doing well?? Bella has been completely healthy and still assymptomatic, which is more than I could have asked for! I just had her labs repeated, and her ALT is only 162 now, which it was 347. I'm just so thrilled I can't even begin to tell you!!

The video isn't a very good representation of the dynamic between the two. Since that 1st night (which they were both wound up from being in the car so long), Bella has been more stand-offish, BUT they did play again last night a little bit while I was making dinner (until Maya pulled Bella's hair and wouldn't let go that is ) and they sleep next to each other some of the time too...not touching, but pretty close! I feel really good about how well they're doing in not even 3 days time!! They'll be inseparable in no time

I actually got that at CVS for $9.99 (I'm pretty sure)!!! Can you believe it?! What a steal! It has gotten soooo much use already...they both sleep in it AND play in it! It's baby pink with hot pink pawprints, and there was a baby blue one with brown pawprints (I think) too. It was NOT in the regular dog stuff aisle...it was in the "as seen on tv" aisle (I think) next to other dog stuff. Also, it came flat in a cardboard box (there's a picture on the box, so you can't miss it), and it's super easy to "put together"....you unfold the floor and walls, insert the bottom mat which keeps the walls up, and then the roof has velcro strips and just velcros right on! I think Taycie definitely needs one for Christmas!!
