| This goofy jealous behavior is only one reason why having 2 Yorkies is so much fun. I had only one for 13 years, and although we had so much fun together and I loved watching him act like a Yorkie, just interacting with another little dog you meet on a walk is not the same as having two in the same pack. With Daisy and Gatsby, I get to see them playing, fighting, acting dominant or submissive with wolf pup actions, like licking the corner of each other's mouth (which almost always breaks down into a fight when one decides its time to stop before the other is ready), or rolling over on their back. And of course there's the constant competition to see who can get more attention from the humans. Which is also one reason we won't get a third Yorkie, because I only have two hands and can't pet 3 at once! |
