Murphy and Mia's vacation pictures
 

Hello everyone....My mommy and daddy took us on the most wonderful vacation ever this past Labor Day weekend and we wanted to share our pictures with you all.

We went to beautiful Sanibel and Captiva Island on the West Coast of Florida!

It was so nice because the hotel we stayed at was pet friendly hotel and everyone LOVED us there. Every single hotel guest had pets as well so it was like one big doggie party the entire time - it was so great. Of course we were the friendliest and cutest; at least that is what mommy says!!

We even liked the beach....well Miss Mia liked it most and I, Murphy liked just sniffing all the new smells the beach had to offer. Occasionally I would try to eat a shell but mommy did not think that was such a good idea (such a party pooper). We even got to go for a ride in the most awesome 4 seated bike ever - it was so much fun - mommy and daddy and my Aunt Cathleen look like total dorks but mommy said it was our vacation so it was all good.

The last night mommy and daddy even treated us to Filet - we are so spoiled and we just love it.

As far as our rating for Sanibel and Captiva Island - we give it 8 paws up. You should definitely visit the island if you have a chance and are looking for pet friendly areas. :thumbup:

If you look close you can see us staring out at mommy and daddy swimming while we were inside - we wanted to be outside so mommy brought our X-pen out. Hooray!! :p :p

Here is one of our friend we made - her name was Jewel and she was a very pretty poodle. Murphy and her got along great!

Oh and a few of us catching up on some rest - man Mommy and daddy sure know how to wear us out. :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

I bet you are still tired! We are very jealous, we have never been to a beach but we think we would like it very much.

Wow - those were great pics and loved the pic of all of you in the bike - you need to frame that one for sure. We love Sanibel Island but that was pre-Izzy so hopefully we'll get back there again with her and do fun things like you guys did. Boy they do love their Aunt Kathleen that's for sure. Thanks for sharing those were awesome.

Great pics!!!!!! Oh, makes me want to go on a vacation! That is so great that you were able to take them with you, I bet it made the vacation that much more fun. They are both so cute. That one with them sleeping together, makes me want another one.:)

OH yes Jodie you must add it to your list of places to see with the girls....it was so dog friendly and nice.

You make sure to let me know if you do ever go I will zip right across to the West Coast and come to finally meet you and the girls - how much fun would that be? :D :D :D

We were on Sanibel and Captiva Island. It is a little island off the West Coast of Fort Myers Florida. You must visit one year - it is so cute and relaxing!!

Awh thanks Brooke...glad you liked them. We had so much fun wiht the kids. It is nice to get to take them and include them sometimes. I always miss them so much so it was fun!!

Uh-OH thats how it starts and than before you know it you have another one girl -watch out - hee, hee!!:D :D

I have to say though I love having two - it makes it easier to leave them since they always have each other.
