LOL Thanks Sandy but the past groomer was awsome so thank heavens
for her outline. Now that I have too do this I will do some research so I
can understand more.
There's not too much I don't do but grooming and pumping my own gas
where my only two pleasures that I could sit back and let someone else
do the work. I gonna hold out for pumping my own gas though:p

Buddy looks so darn cute and it definitely looks like a professional cut. Very straight lines. Also, his coat is so shiny. I do remember your post about his experience at the groomer's and I'm glad that you had a positive experience grooming him.:)

Carol what a great job you did....you would never know that this was your first time. See, I wonder if something happened to Buddy at the groomer to act out the way he did..even though your groomer was nice and all....it doesn't take much for our furkids to remember if someone did something to them (an owie!) even a little one and they remember! Yeah, now you and Buddy won't get soaked anymore.

Buddy, your Momma gave you a beautiful haircut. Charlie had a haircut yesterday, and the groomer took too much from his face and was in a hurry, so he was uneven. I went to Petco and purchased a pair of thinning shears to gently even the line. Think that is also a secret weapon they use to trim.

His coat is so healthy looking and what a sweet face. Warmly, Deborah

Wow, I think you did a fabulous job.

I'm going to try to do it again myself. I bought the clippers and tried it before, but my dog wouldn't sit still after a period of time. I think a grooming table would make it a lot easier.

My dog turned out goofey looking! I guess the more you do it the better it gets.

You did a wonderful job! I read your thread about his last trip to the groomer and I think you're very brave to do this yourself.

He looks great! So shiney, too!
