I used to make necklaces with them - the stems get all sticky and would leave stains and goop on my clothes and my mom would get so upset but it was so pretty!

We used to wait until the yellow turned to gray, and then we'd blow them all over the place. It wasn't until I had my own lawn that I realized that was sending seeds everywhere.

But that's the best part of a dandelion! Besides who decided it was a weed? Shouldn't it be a perennial? :daisy:

The first person who grew a lawn decided it was a weed! I've pulled hundreds from my lawn, and they always come back. Hate 'em.

Canon makes some good smaller dig cameras as well---- we have the tricked out Rebel and then I have the Power shot A540-- for sticking into my purse.

Great shots and that first one is awesome---like a dandelion super hero.:)

Can second that. Finally let my 35mm Canon AT go into semi-retirement and bought a Canon Powershot A630. LOVE that thing. Still trying to figure out all the features, but can't say enough great things about it so far.

Think of how much easier lawn care would become if dandelions were seen as desirable foliage.
