Look what Jaden and Jewelina made Grandma
 

Most of you know my Nana hasn't been doing well these past few months as her cancer has reoccured and she has decided not to take chemotherapy or raditaion. My Grandfather passed away years ago so I have been down here with her to help her out with some things she can't do by herself, watch over her and enjoy this precious time we have together.

My Nana's birthday is coming up next month and Jaden, Jewelina and I wanted to do something EXTRA special for her!:D She loves Jaden and Jewelina to death! :wub: She also really loves flowers. She has a very big flower garden behind her house with over 30 different types of flowers out there. She used to go and work out there in her flower garden about 3 hours a day. Since she has been sick she is no longer able to get out there and work like she used to and she really misses it. :(

So, I decided to bring together two of the things she loves the most...flowers and yorkies :) I have been working with a friend of mine to create a calendar for my Nana that would include some of her flowers from her Garden with Jaden and Jewelina on them. My Nana just LOVES Anne Geddes pictures and has them all over her house so I thought it'd be neat to do the pictures for her calendar in an Anne Geddes style. We just finished working on it today and I think it has come together really well. I'm going to have it printed profesionally and it will have all the dates and holidays in there. It will start off with April and go until next March. :) We are really excited about it and are really hoping this calendar will give her some hope and encouragement. :thumbup:
