Friends from Chicago brought their dog Spartacus for a vacation. Spartacus and Chewy hung out and had a great time. Here are some highlights from the trip.
1- They fought
2- They made up
3- They swam in the ocean
4- The salt water tastes good!!

great pictures! we are headed that way the end of may, taking my skin kids when school lets out, don't think my fur kids will be going though.

I'd move to St. Thomas or St. John. :D Those pupsters look so much alike. They are just precious!! Now I'm going to check into a vacation there. I've never been there, so would like to know more about where to stay and what to do.

If you are on a cruise, you are probably going to St. Thomas, only a couple of small ships come to St. John. You could still come to St. John for the day though, the cruise ships usually offer a day trip to come here and tour the island and see the beaches.

Yorkiedaze, the Virgin Islands are a great place to vacation. I've been here three years and I am still astounded by the beauty of the islands. Because it is a US territory, travel is fairly easy and does not require a passport (Wow, I sound like I work for the tourism board!). St. Thomas accommodations are cheaper than St. John. St. John is very laid back and is 2/3 national park, so much of the island is untouched and beautiful. If you rent a boat, you can go over to British islands for the day, like Tortola, Virgin Gorda or Yost Van Dyke. Lots of small little beach bars that are alot of fun. :)

The pictures and the babies are just amazing and how lucky you are living in USVA .I was there twice and I wish I never left :(

Cute pics, too funny, beautiful babies. I am so jealous even though I live in Panama City Beach, FL, not warm enough here. I would love to live where it is warm all the time!

Prices for homes there are even cheaper than they are here without even an ocean view. I should sell BOTH my homes and move there. :D

Wow! How cool is that! We vacation in the Caribbean every year and it never entered my mind to take the kids! What's the scoop on traveling with your pups? Isn't there a quarantine or anything? Do they need special shots?

I believe travel to Puerto Rico and USVI is just like travel in the states. You need a health certificate. Travel to British Virgin Islands is much more complicated, check out http://www.bvivacations.com/Pets.html I have a store in St. John and several people have come in with their pets that they have brought on vacation. I have a friend that works at the Westin and she said that the Westin is pet friendly, they even give them a small Heavenly bed.:)
