It's a SNOW day!

We only got 3-4" of snow, but the boys were up to their necks! Here's one quick picture. I also loaded some typically poor-quality vids on dropshots.

Oh man those vids are CUTE! I especailly like the last one! Too funny! What was Eddie doing with his head in the snow for too long? Self induced brain freeze?

OMG the videos are toooo cute...You can tell Eddie don't like the snow...:rolleyes: Jack did great, but I think Eddie is half snow bunny...:p

I can't believe that it's December and I have yet to see any snow this year! I really miss Alaska this time of year so keep posting those pics!

So cute. I wish my girls would play in the snow but they wont. I took them outside in the snow this morning and they just whined and tried to climb my legs the whole time, so I felt bad and brought them back in. I guess its because only on occasion we get snow, and you get it all the time!

Shylah loves it outside in the snow. We have been having cold weather the last couple of days and got some snow and I have to keep calling Shylah in because I worry about her getting so cold!! She even took her own sweater off!! grrrrr

I LOVE seeing videos and pics of your boys. They are true outdoorsmen. I love it. I show my hubby all the pics and videos you post bc he is obsessed with Alaska. He wants to move there. Everytime I see one of your pics of vids, it makes it more and more appealing. :D :D :D

Awwwww, I love your videos, I always crack up at them! They are good sports, if I tried taking Diamond out in the snow she would probably start shaking like a leaf! :eek:

Thanks, everybody, and LOL, Corinne! These days, I get winded putting on their coats and booties! That danged cheap video camera busts me everytime!

Good job, Mike!! Your boys are hilarious! :p Miss Prissy Paws loved the snow last year .... I took her out this week & she just sniffed it and looked at me like "if you think I'm walking in that, you got another thought coming"!!! ;)

LOL, you need to try peer pressure! Jack started the season by doing that, but he hates being left out of anything Eddie's doing. Now he's the first out the door, and it's Eddie who's dragging butt.

LOL, why yes, the boys would not be caught dead without being in TBC attire!

And thanks, JESSY_RN2B, in one sense I like to think I'm a good Yorkie father. But in another, I realize I'm just a Yorkie nerd who talks to little dogs as if they were children while on walks in the woods!

This is what makes you such a great yorkie Dad!:) I have an uncle who's a retired helicopter pilot. Right before he retired, he was piloting the helicopters that flew over parts of Alaska fighting fires. He carried the "red" stuff that gets distributed over the fires to help put them out. He rotated in and out of Alaska every six months for several years about 4 years ago. Were you anywhere near the fires? BTW, he LOVED it and thought Alaska was God's country!

Is this your uncle? LOL. I found this on a quick google search of the Big Lake Fire we had several years back.

I can' remember the year, but I was about 60 miles away from that one. Alaska has big fires every year. Many of them aren't even fought because we have so much open space. But that one, in the picture, was pretty close to civilization.

Wow!! What amazing videos!! I love love when you share with us! I have never touched or seen snow in person and this is a great way to live vicariously thru you!! Ninna says she wishes she was there so she can go into that snow with Eddie, he is such a cccuuutttiiieeee!! :aimeeyork :thumbup:

How fun!!!!! LOL! I loved those videos! I was laughing soo hard at Eddie when he would just bury his head in the snow! What a funny doggie he is!!!!! I needed that laugh! And how cute...poor Jack not being able to keep up!!!!

But I was wondering, when you said we may have to cut this walk short because of Jack, were you just using poor Jack as an excuse? You did sound a but winded walking that trail there! HAHHAH!

Keep those cute videos of the snow coming!!! We got a bit of snow the other day, but it all melted already...grrrrrrrrr!!!!!!! My little Livvi was rolling in it and having soooo much fun in it! And my boys, couldn't get back in the house quick enough! LOve it!!!!!!!! HAHAH!

I had just finished wrestling a polar bear. Oh, and I was building an igloo.

aww what a cute pictures, I Love seeing all these pictures with the dogs in the snow, its been many years since i have seen snow living in Florida lol, I miss it sooo much :) People think im nuts for missing the cold and snow LOL !!!

I will never tire of seeing pics and videos of your little guys! It's so cute how their little faces have snow all over them. Do they ever lose their boots in the snow? Maddie does now and then and it's probably that I'm not putting them on tight enough! Give Eddie and Jack kisses from Maddie and I!

Wow what good boys you have! :love: They looked like they were having a great time in the snow! Jack looks so sweet and Eddie looks like he is on the hunt! I love the videos!! One day you will have to put them all together some how into a movie and sell them as DVDs. LOL I would surely buy one! Okay, we would have to think of a name for the movie!:D :D

The boys look great. How long of a walk is that?
LOL, with all my camera shake and heavy breathing, my movie would make the Blair Witch Project look like a hollywood production.

Our walk is probably a little under a mile. Last year, Jack NEVER made the full lap. This year, he's only needed to be picked up 2 or 3 times.

OMG first of all - (as usual) I am SO jealous of all that snow!!!! :( :( :( And secondly, those videos cracked me up!!! :lol tears Eddie looked SO CUTE with all that snow on his face, LOL!!!! I love it!!!! Great vids Mike!!!! :D :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:
