I have a sniffer too but she's in another category. She's in more of the wind/air category rather than the ground category. While she does sniff the ground quite a bit(and I have proof early in the morning when the dew is still on the ground) she smells the wind/air a whole lot more. She just stands there like a bump on a log, nose out in front, smelling. What is she smelling? I don't smell anything. And she ignores you while she's smelling too, so whatever it is it must be important. They do look pretty though when the wind is blowing and they are standing there all pround looking with their coats blowing, just a smellin' |
Wow, Alaska, your camera takes amazing pictures! |

Glad to know Georgie isn't the only sniffer and stick eater in the bunch;) |
Great pics!!! Oscar is a sniffer! It takes him forever to pee sometimes! We live out in the country so there are a lot of critters that come and go in our yard at night, so next morning it is a buffet of new smells! |
