She's..DEAD!!!
 
Well learning to play dead anyway. So I've been wanting to teach her the BANG trick, where they play dead. So I started getting her to learn how to lay still first by saying play dead, once she gets it down I will use my finger too..hehe..she was doing the trick before I finished saying it, she was so excited for her treat. too funny-good job. Heck Tyson is just learning sit. He is so hard headed at times-but when he does it-he is so excited

Haha, sorry about the mean spirited joke..but everyone's threads have head scary titles, so I thought I would follow..lol...But I thought the dot dot dot would give it away..lol

How adorable! When you tell Rusty to play dead he rolls on his back and puts all 4 paws in the air! You have a little drama queen there!

Thanks Teri. Yes she will definetely do just about anything for cheese or just a treat in general. I would love to see a video of Rusty playing dead:D

I thought it would take her a long time but it took me like 10 minutes and she got it!!! I started by asking her to sit, then down, then I rolled her on her back as I said Play Dead and held her there, then praised her with a treat. She trying to roll over, she thought that's what I wanted, but I would just say no, then hold her still on her back, then praise..she's a smarty butt..hehe

Oh, thanks for the explaination....I wanted to teach "dead" to Ramsey, but wasn't sure how. :)

The only thing is I'm having trouble with the "BANG" part. It scares her, even though I don't do it loud...lol...when I say bang, she runs away and cowers in a corner..lol...I don't get it, but Play Dead worked.

Thanks everyone. She is totally perfecting that trick. Now I dont' even have to say anything, and use my finger as a gun and she plays dead. These little guys are so smart, it's amazing.
