To Cut or not to Cut...THAT is the question.... :D

I thought it would be fun to see how many people would say YES - TRIM that Wild Spy-girl.....

and how many think I should let her hair stay long.....

I snuck these pictures of her while she was outside playing yesterday and she's a mess ....but I'm seriously thinking of cutting her short :(

ps...she is keeping a vigilant eye on HER spy Fence...she is always on the J.O.B. ...looking for my neighbors dog Ray Ray & her baby :p

No, please don't cut her beautiful hair!!! I love her long hair and her adorable braid!! She is just too pretty for words, both girls are!! :)

She is a doll. Love her hair. I would probably just take a couple inches off all around to give it a freshly cut look :) She would be darling no matter what you do w/ her hair though.

She really is beautiful! I can understand why, but I don't know that I could cut all that beautiful hair off. Maybe just a trim...

Oh Villette I know that it is a lot of work but she is beautiful. Sophie's hair is almost as long as Chanel's and I have had days to where I am going to cut it but then when I see pics of her with her long hair or how shiny it is after a bath I just can't do it. I will tell you what made my decision I was giving her a bath and I slicked all her hair down to her body to see what she would look liked shaved. My husband came in and I said well what do you think? He said no way don't even think about it. She looked so tall and skinny. LOL! It was pretty funny but I am sure that Chanel will look adorable no matter what. I saw her with her hair cut short as a baby and she looked cute. I just prefer the long hair but I am not the one who has to do her hair either.LOL!

I agree with Kristy! Maybe take a few inches off her. She is sooooo grogeous with all her hair!!!!!! Don't cut her tooo short!!!! But I bet she would feel sooo free w/o any hair though! Omg--what a difficult decision! No matter what---she will be gorgeous!!!!!!!

Awww...Villette I love love love her hair! :D If I did anything to it I would just trim it! That is just my opinion though! She will be beautiful with however you do her hair!

Aww, Villette I love your Channel's hair. You take such good care of her coat that I will say Not to cut it. I do understand why you will think in cutting it, maybe you can just trim it a bit.
I love the pics. I love the braid. ;)

I know that it must be so hard to take care of! But I dont think that I would cut it all off she is just beautiful! If anything I dont think that and inch or two would hurt anything!! She will be beautiful no matter what you choose to do!

THANKS so much :) :) :) - so far maybe a little trim is the way I may go....I'm thinking of taking both girls in to a real groomer...it's been a long time since they've been cut professionally. Now if I could just FIND one :p

Wow- that is a hard call- her hair is so gorgeous and I was going to say like the others- maybe cut half of what you think you want to cut and see how you like it. I have to admit I love yorkies in puppy cuts but Chanel's hair is very beautiful. Do you think it would grow out again very quickly?

I say just a trim. I love the braid. I am still waiting for Mellies hair to grow from her really bad haircut back in the fall. I love both your girls hair.

I like braiding it too but it's actually a necessity now to keep it from falling in her face...It's like having the girl I never had ;)

....and Misty & Patti - leave it to you to be so direct - you make me laugh...I really appreciate the feedback here....I thought I'd see more people saying cut it though lol !

I leave it up to the dog.
If they hate being brushed(Bugaboo) I trim it short(puppy cut).
If they don't mind (Latifah, Bugaboo's Litter Sister) left long.

ok you know that I love Chanel (and Cheri too) but I say cut it :) I am always the odd person out on this, I just have a huge preference for short hair on yorkies. But whatever you do she is going to be Wild-Spy Girl anyway and always pretty :)

NO NO NO NO don't cut it.

I love her hair she reminds me so much of Lexi and I so regret cutting Lexi's. She is beautiful, and needs nothing more than a trim.

She is soooooo gorgeous! She would be darling in any cut, but wow, I love her hairdo she has now...and the braid!!! I suppose though, with summer on it's way, it gets pretty hot there. If she would be more comfy in a shorter cut, go for it, but she sure is pretty just like she is!!!

Easy for me to say. I don't have to keep it up. But she is so beautiful with that long hair, I just couldn't see her any other way. (Even it she does love to play in the water and get herself all wet.)

I also think you would regret having their hair cut and it takes so long to get as long as your girls have it

I've always admired Cheri and Chanel for their beautiful hair, it defines them! It would be so weird to see Chanel with short hair. So I say no. Although, a trim would be helpful for both you and her (hot, sticky weather wont be long!) so I suppose I would allow that. :p

Oh good I am glad you are only going to trim it. I am leting my Jewels hair grow out. Hopefully someday it will be as long as your Chanels. She looks gorgeous with her braid.
