Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | Jack's 2-week checkup The vet's jaw dropped when he saw how good Jack is walking on his leg and how good his range of motion is already. He said he fully expected him not to be putting any weight on the surgically repaired leg. He had originally told me to expect to have to give him warm baths and physical therapy, but he thinks Jack is going to "self-heal." Vet was so impressed that he paraded Jack all through the office to show his assistants how good he was doing. I was so happy I even ignored their nickname for him: chicken legs! Here are a couple pictures from today. And look how good Eddie and Jack are getting along: At least Jack doesn't pee on him anymore!

| WOW - Chicken Legs is doing great which means you can ship him to Tucson for Auntie Allison and Auntie Cindy to love on, maybe then Allison won't try and steal Moose when she moves here.

| Woo Hoo Jack is getting better!! I am so happy Jack is doing better. I think those boys look so cute together. My Cricket and Bubba are play fighting right now and Bubba just ran across the room with Cricket in his mouth dragging her. He will stop if she yelps. Sometimes she get's really mad and then chases his big stuff all over the house LOL. They really love each other too. If one is barfing or coughing the other runs over to check on the other!! |
