| Aw, I always love photos of Joel. Tibbe is very curly, moreso now than in the picture. Also whiter on the ends of his curly hair. But cottonish though his coat is, it doesn't really mat.

| He does have a smiley mouth. Looks like he's smiling most of the time but he can get his mouth straighter-looking when he's giving me the stinkeye. LOL. But mostly I see his sunny little smile on his fuzzy little face, which is always messed up. He's not really happy unless his hair is sticking all up and out, including his mustache. If Joel is curly, as he gets older he might get curlier as Tibbe has done. He didn't seem that curly when I first got him but as he ages and his coat lightens, it gets curlier. After a bath when he is still wet, the hair on his back and side, flanks and chest, is curly just like in the old days we we all got perms and had that curly hair after shampooing. I wonder why he's getting curlier as he gets older. But if I let his hair grow out long, the curl seems to relax.

| That sounds like Joel So far he's only gotten curlier and when it gets longer it turns wavy. I hope his curls never go away lol |
