The Pouty Pose Thread 3 Attachment(s) Does your yorkie does this? Both my two do the pose when they want something but we either ignore them or say no. It's so funny bc they will lay down in the most random or uncomfortable spots, as to say, Look at me! Oh poor me! And it's always the same pose. Totally straight, hand and feet tucked under, chin all the way down. Here's some recent pics I got of them doing this. We call it the "pouty pose" This is at work. Yes I'm a slob. LOL Let's see your pics too! |
Oh my god....I'm sitting here eating stuffed cheesy bread, and I know Jaeger does that pose when I'm in the kitchen cooking. I was going to chime in to tell you that he does the pose too, but for different reasons, when I look over just now and he's pulling the darn pose while I'm eating-apparently it's his 'I'm cute and pathetic, feed me' pose. I'll snap a pic when I can-he moved as soon as i grabbed the camera |

OH MY!!!! Macy does the pouty pose too. I thought it was just her. Right now it's 106 degrees outside and she wants to go for a walk. I told her -no, it's too hot - so she went into the kitchen and is now laying in the sunlight in front of the door with the AC blowing on her in her pouty pose. I tried to get a picture but she moves whenever I get close. |

Tibbe indeed does the pouty pose but always with his back end toward me. Occasionally he will throw this baleful look back over his shoulder to be sure I'm impressed with his dramatics. Those pictures are so cute! |

Dang!!! You got the double pouty pose. Kaji has a strange pose for when he's unhappy. It's either he pouty pose or this weird twisted one. Let me see if I still have a picture of that. |
1 Attachment(s) Here's another one from today. There's been a lot of pouting today. I guess she's really hot. I caught her doing the post toward the bathroom. I went and checked her water bowl and it was bone dry! I had some water in a bottle but it was frozen, and I was thirsty. Only a bit of it had melted, so I poured all of the water in her bowl. She took two licks and waled away. :rolleyes: |

Funny pics, Joel doesn't do that but he does sigh alot when he wants something and I ignore him,lol and his newest thing now is when were eating he "stretches" to get closer to you, or when im cooking he'll "stretch" way up at the counter.:rolleyes: |

Pouty Oh yeah! Those are classic poses. Graysee does that when she feels ignored, or didn't get a treat that she expected. I call it her "sausage" pose, because that's what she reminds me of, in that long, compact position, with her ears down and her legs tucked under her. Too funny! :aimeeyork |
