| Lexi doesn't seem to mind the pen - other than when I leave the room/she can't see me. She eats her meals in it, takes naps in it & that is her main potty area. She goes in & out. Quote:

Whatever you do, don't use the side panels to put her in the ex-pen. If your little one is like mine, she pays attention and will try to use that as the escape route. I have the same ex-pen and as long as I place her in the top and zippered it close, Brandi thinks it is the only way to escape.
| Ooops too late - I have used a door for her to be able to enter/leave on her own the majority of the time. Never zipped the top until after this past week-end. I figure if this pen lasts her for most of her puppy-hood we will be lucky. :D
