Gee whiz, this is too early to be so emotional! Your Frisco is incredible - just look at him! I am going through the same thing with our 15+ year old Boxer, Booger. Oh geez Cindy....now I'm all tears and choked up too ;). Frisco is so precious and you are so right, you can just see the love in his little eyes!

What soulfull eyes, I hope I look that good when I'm 117! You must be a great yorkie parent! Not sure if your a mama or daddy with the name of Beer Belly? ;)

Thanks for all the encouragement, and wishes for more years. He is, and always will be my best buddy. When we first got him, he would always fall asleep on my chest....for hours....a special bond was built. I have always said, "When his time comes, he will be falling asleep, in my arms, drentched in my tears"....then when my time comes, he goes with me....hopefully, that won't be for a while for either of us.

Wow, Frisco looks wonderful for 17! I am so hoping and wishing that I am that blessed to have mine around as long and longer. You can tell he's well loved and cared for.

We took him to the vet yesterday for his Rabies shot, and quick check up. The vet sez that "He is working to breathe, it's not like you normally breate without thought, he is concious of his breating, seems to be breathing from his abdomin"....sounds like she's just giving us a heads up.....to us, his breathing seems fine, appitite is definetly there, every once in a while gets a burst of energy and takes off across the yard....and yes, he still controls the house....;)

he has such beautiful eyes/ he touches you with those eyes/ it shows that he has been very well taken care of and very loved
