So got a new pattern, took it out to cut the pieces apart.....as you can see I didn't get to far.

Zhoie says "no" to sewing....or maybe it's just to comfortable to not lay on it, :D

They seem to want to be in the middle of anything you are doing if it is interrupting them from their mom's.

I thought I was so funny when Zhoie did that right off the bat, she does that when I get on my laptop too. Like....not again mommy...ugh.

Ashley did that all the time when I was working, especially on my books and notebooks. I only use a fountain pen when I hand write things, and I can't tell you how many times my work was erased by Ashley smearing her wet beard on my papers. No matter what she did or the trouble she always got into, she made me laugh. She definitely was an imp. Thanks for the compliments on my girls.

At least she's not tearing that pattern up! That's what someone:aimeeyork at my house would be doing!
Last time I thought of sewing I didn't get very far. Snickers would not stop grabbing the fabric and trying to play tug.

Zhoie looks like every Yorkie I've had laying right in the big middle of your project! A Yorkie will always manage to make his or herself a big part of whatever you are doing. When I would be in the process of making a teddy bear, Jilly was always right there, a string of thread handing from her mouth or stuffing carted off to her bed, picking up a bear arm or head piece and running out of the room with it. But often, like your Zhoie, I would find her relaxing right in the middle of my pattern or folded fur. Zhoie is really darling and she reminds me of my Jilly so much with the look on her face.

Yes, it's a pattern for what looks like vests/coats and I want to try to alter it to make her a summer harness. She does so much better walking in them than actual harness. Like she needs anymore, LOL.

That's so funny. Zhoie would be right there too. But, you have to admit it surely does get them attention....you just have to stop and give them kisses, LOL. ;)

Oh Tena... she is sooooo cute!!!!

I know what you all mean about the attention!! Remy jumps on dh's lab when he TRIES to read the newspaper! She brings toys and lays them on my feet when I am on YT.. she Figueroa out how to jump onto the love seat that is next to my sewing cabinet.. and of course onto the sewing cabinet!!

Got to LOVE them!!

It's Simplicity #2393, it's more of a vest/coat type pattern, but I want to see I can make it work for harness with small ruffle and D-ring.

Well now, that's where the issues come in to play....,mommy is NOT much at sewing, I just started dabbling with it....so that sorta says it all, LOL.
But it's fun to try.

It will be back to work tomorrow, so if I ever get it made, I'll share a picture....the good, the bad or the ugly! ahahaha;)

Lila, you and Lil Sis both so sew wonderful! Wish I was closer you could teach me how, LOL.

I would drive Lil Sis crazy wanting her to embroidery for me ;).
